Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Add the chopped onions, garlic, 1/2 cup of parsley, egg, the soaked white bread, nutmeg and the salt to the mince and lightly mix through.
  2. Roll the mixture into medium sized balls. (smaller than a golf ball) and sprinkle the breadcrumbs and remaining parsley over the meat balls.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and place meatballs in oil and move them around until they are brown all around and cooked through.
Recipe Notes

Serve as plain meatballs or add a can of tomatoes and onions with herbs and cook up some spaghetti for the perfect spaghetti and meatballs dish.
