Pork Chops
These pork chops are baked with a “no effort” homemade barbecue sauce and are delicious!


  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 medium onion, halved and thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar or honey
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Dash cayenne pepper – optional


  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees celcius
  2. Place pork chops in a casserole dish or on a baking tray.
  3. Place sliced onion over the pork chops.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the pork chops.
  5. Bake uncovered for 1 hour or until chops are tender.
