- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts – cut into strips
- Red, green and yellow peppers – sliced
- Onions – diced
- Soya Sauce
- Green chillies – optional
- Lemon Juice
- Fry diced onion and sliced peppers until soft.
- Add chicken and stir until partially cooked.
- Add spices
- Let it simmer until all moister dries out.
- Serve with rice or noodles
