JoziFest brings the festival to the city that never says no

I’ve  heard a lot of people rant and rave about JoziFest and when I had a look at their line up, I realised why. Wow, it’s going to be a crazy! JoziFest takes place from 3rd- 5th February and caters to the musical taste of all Johannesbugers, well if you are into festivals that is.

Get your dancing shoes on because JoziFest is going to paint the town all sorts of fun. In one weekend, 11 International acts and more than 40 South African acts are going to kick off our festival calendar in true Jozi style.

The 2 day festival will be serving a big fat plate of talent that crosses over various genres: music/ acts/ artists/ vendors. This isn’t your typical “camping out in the veld- Oppikoppi” festival, in fact we think that it offers us something better to look forward to.

Follow @JoziFest on Twitter and “Like” JoziFest 2012 on Facebook. Do it, kids!

The venue that was finally decided on, after Cool Runnings in Fourways lost the bet, was Newtown. JoziFest will be involved with various venues in Newtown, including The Woods, Townhall, Carfax, the streets in the area and many other spots.

What more is there to say? Oh yes, you probably want to know the line- up… Check it out! Tickets are on sale now from Ticketbreak:

Friday: R120

Saturday: R150

Weekend Pass: R220

No under 18’s as usual (your time will come, so be patient!)
