Cremora Tart

Cremora tart is a great South African sweet recipe. Perfect as a summer dessert.


  • 250g Cremora
  • 125ml cold water
  • 125ml lemon juice
  • 1 tin condense milk
  • 1 packet tennis biscuits


  1. Mix the cremora and cold water until smooth.
  2. Add the condense milk and mix well.
  3. Add the lemon juice and mix until the mixture thickens.
  4. Pour over the tennis biscuits and allow to set in the fridge for about 10 minutes.


The tennis biscuits may be placed one next to the other or crushed and/or crushed with melted margarine added.
