Cremora tart is a great South African sweet recipe. Perfect as a summer dessert.
- 250g Cremora
- 125ml cold water
- 125ml lemon juice
- 1 tin condense milk
- 1 packet tennis biscuits
- Mix the cremora and cold water until smooth.
- Add the condense milk and mix well.
- Add the lemon juice and mix until the mixture thickens.
- Pour over the tennis biscuits and allow to set in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
The tennis biscuits may be placed one next to the other or crushed and/or crushed with melted margarine added.
